使用方式
通络灸使用原则建议一人一片，不可交叉使用。
一片通络灸的使用次数大约可以反复 100 次左右，每次使用15分钟效果最佳。

在使用过程中如遇身体寒湿气较轻者，通络灸接触皮肤约 2 分钟左右就会有发热感。若身体寒湿气较严重者自觉发热感会延迟，大约5分钟左右才会逐渐有发热感，发热体感程度和时间会根据不同人群的个体差异化不同而有所不同。
